Before you cancel
If your account has no option to cancel, another company bills you for Netflix. This is usually a mobile network, a television provider or an app store. Cancel with whoever takes the payment, because Netflix can’t stop it.
How to cancel a Netflix subscription
- Sign in to Netflix in a browser or in the app.
- Go to ‘Manage your membership’ on your Account page.
- Select ‘Cancel’.
- Select ‘Finish Cancellation’.
- Keep the confirmation email that Netflix sends.
