Reporting a product or service

If a digital product or service has treated people badly, tell us at reports@cfdc.org.uk. A link or screenshot helps us look into it, and we won’t publish anyone’s details without asking.

Media enquiries

For interviews, comment or questions from journalists, email press@cfdc.org.uk. If there’s a deadline, say so in the first message and we’ll prioritise it.

Corrections

If we have published something that is wrong, tell us at corrections@cfdc.org.uk. We’ll look into it, correct anything we’ve got wrong and note the change on the page. Read how we handle errors in our corrections policy.

Data and privacy requests

To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to ask anything about privacy, email privacy@cfdc.org.uk. We respond within 1 month, and it’s free. Read what we collect and why in our privacy policy.

Volunteering

If you have a skill to lend, such as research, accessibility work or a legal read of a guide, email volunteer@cfdc.org.uk with your background and what interests you.
