How to cancel a Gousto subscription

Before you cancel

Gousto sets a deadline. Cancel by 12pm, 3 days before your delivery day. Miss it and the next box still arrives, and you still pay for it.

Cancelling the subscription doesn’t stop a box you’ve already chosen recipes for. Cancel that box as well, or it still comes.

Skipping a box and cancelling are different. Skipping stops one delivery. Cancelling stops the ones you haven’t chosen recipes for.

How to cancel a Gousto subscription

1. Go to your Gousto subscription settings.
2. Sign in to your Gousto account.
3. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’.
4. Follow the steps to the end.
5. Save the confirmation email, or take a screenshot.
