Before you cancel

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. You have to cancel in the Google Play Store, or the payments carry on.

How to cancel a subscription in the Google Play Store

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
2. Go to ‘Subscriptions’.
3. Select the subscription you want to end.
4. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.
5. Follow the steps on screen to the end.
6. Save the confirmation email, or take a screenshot.
