The response states the date range the search covered.
Intent
A response covering 12 months of a 10-year relationship looks complete until the person is told the period searched. The date range makes the gap visible.
How to test it
An assessor scores the criterion against a single response:
- Score 2
- The response gives the date range the search covered.
- Score 1
- The response says the search covered recent records, or current records, without giving dates.
- Score 0
- The response says nothing about the period searched.
