A Stated Response Date
The acknowledgement states the date by which the organisation will respond.
Intent
A date tells the person when to expect an answer, and when to chase. Without one, they count the month themselves.
How to test it
An assessor scores the criterion against a single response:
- Score 2
- The acknowledgement gives the date by which the organisation will respond.
- Score 1
- The acknowledgement states the time limit in general terms, such as one month, without giving a date.
- Score 0
- The acknowledgement says nothing about when the organisation will respond.
- Not applicable
- The organisation sent no acknowledgement.
